We survived the festive season and now it’s back to routine… same routine, different year.

DId you make any new year’s resolutions?

“I’m going to eat healthier”, “I’m going to exercise more”, I’m going to quit smoking”, “I’m going to drink less alcohol”… Sound familiar?

We set ourselves these goals, and with good intentions, but are they realistic? And will we carry through with them or give up a month or two down the line?

Did you keep these goals private or share them with loved ones and friends?

Are you attempting these changes on your own or have you got support?

Personally, I know that if I share my goals and have support, I am more likely to achieve results. It also makes me accountable – a good way to stay driven and motivated.

My new year “resolutions” – laugh more, live more in the moment, create more memories, and less overthinking.

It’s a work in progress but I am determined to work on achieving these – with the help, support & encouragement of my family and friends.

If your resolutions are dietary and/or lifestyle related and you would like some guidelines and support, feel free to book a session with me.

May 2019 be an amazing year for you!

Warm regards

Fiona
