Overnight Oats


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk or milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or nut butter)
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup/honey/date syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract(optional)


  • Mix all the ingredients together in a glass jar. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next morning, remove from the fridge, top off with your favourite fresh fruit, and enjoy!

*Try your own combinations using other ingredients like apples, bananas, cocoa etc.
