Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk or milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or nut butter)
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup/honey/date syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract(optional)
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a glass jar. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, remove from the fridge, top off with your favourite fresh fruit, and enjoy!
