As we end the month and near the end of 2022, I find myself reflecting on life, self-love and everything else.

One question we most often ask ourselves, is “what have I achieved?”

Hands up if you make new year resolutions, goals, to-do lists… We often start off with good intentions, but don’t always manage to follow through. Life gets in the way.  More often than not we put ourselves on the back burner.

You may even be holding on to beliefs you deem to be true:

  • Life is hard
  • I am hopelessly disorganised
  • You cannot have it all
  • People can’t change
  • I am not good enough
  • It’s hard
  • Change is difficult
  • I am too old/young
  • I can’t do this
  • I can’t change
  • It’s too difficult
  • I am not worth it

‘A Belief is only a thought you insist on thinking’. It may be time to remove old beliefs and instil new ones.

The way you think can make a huge difference to how you feel, how motivated you are and, ultimately, how successful you are in reaching your goals and ticking off your to-do list.

Fact!

  • You are 42% more likely to achieve a goal simply by writing it down
  • You are 80% more likely to change a new behaviour if you set specific and measurable goals and make a commitment to another person who will hold you to account to achieve them.

YOU’VE GOT THIS!

(And if you haven’t and you need support, I’m here for you).
