Apple and peanut butter snack

A yummy way to combine fruit and protein to make a healthy snack.  One of my favourite combinations!

Ingredients:

  • Apples
  • Peanut butter -sugar free (or nut or seed butter of choice)
  • Seeds (optional)

Method:

  • Slice apples into flat slices
  • Spoon on some peanut butter
  • Sprinkle some seeds on top
