Rooibos Ice Lollies

These antioxidant- rich ice lollies are perfect for hot Summer days.
Easy to make and healthy!
Ingredients:
2 x cups of hot water
4 x Rooibos tea bags (I used Bos – Strawberry & Vanilla)
4 x tsps honey (or sweetener of your choice)
1 x cup of mixed berries (I only used blueberries)
Method:
1. Brew Rooibos tea for about five minutes and remove tea bags.
2. Add the honey to taste and allow the tea to cool.
3. Add berries to your ice lolly moulds and fill with the tea.
4. Freeze for at least eight hours or overnight.
