Delicious, easy, healthy snack. Nut, dairy and refined sugar free.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 3 tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2/3 cup oats
Method:
- Soak the dates in warm water until soft (around 10 minutes)
- Drain the water, and place the dates into the food processor. Process the dates , scraping down the sides periodically, until a sticky paste forms.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until combined.
- Wet your hands slightly to prevent paste from sticking, and roll into balls of your desired size.
- Place in the fridge.
- You can keep these in the fridge for about a week, or in the freezer if you wish to keep them for longer.
