Sunflower Seed Butter Energy Balls

Delicious, easy, healthy snack. Nut, dairy and refined sugar free.


  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup oats


  • Soak the dates in warm water until soft (around 10 minutes)
  • Drain the water, and place the dates into the food processor. Process the dates , scraping down the sides periodically, until a sticky paste forms.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until combined.
  • Wet your hands slightly to prevent paste from sticking, and roll into balls of your desired size.
  • Place in the fridge.
  • You can keep these in the fridge for about a week, or in the freezer if you wish to keep them for longer.
