Oat bread

No kneading for this recipe. It’s quick and easy!

*It doesn’t have to look perfect but it about making it with love, from scratch and with healthy ingredients.

• 500ml tub plain yoghurt
• 4 cups oats
• 2 tsps baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• Seeds (optional)
• Add oats to yoghurt.
• Add the rest of the ingredients
• Mix it all together until it makes a wet, sticky dough.
• Put into a medium sized non-stick loaf tin.
• Bake 50 mins at 170 degrees.
• Cool in the tin for 15 mins then remove from tin and put back in the oven for another 10 to 15 mins, upside down.
