Personal pilates training is also available at their studio, at your home or at the office.

The exercises are holistically modified to suit the individual to accommodate injuries, muscle imbalances and fitness or rehabilitation goals. Classes are small and instructed by physiotherapists or experts in movement rehabilitation to ensure that expert attention is given to each client.
