Exercise OLD

Incorporating exercise into your life will bring you numerous health benefits – reduce stress, reduce symptoms of depression, improve your overall health (and waistlines), and most importantly increase your longevity.

  • Lack of exercise is responsible for twice as many deaths as obesity!
  • Regular daily exercise, even for only a few minutes, is more preferable than starting with 30 minutes of exercise three times a week.
  • Set realistic goals
  • Be creative – there are so many ways to stay active.
Do what you love doing – staying fit and doing regular exercise should be fun
  • It’s easy to stay motivated when you are having a good time
You don’t have to do the same thing every day.
