  • Talk through nutrition in a way that’s approachable, personalized, and never restrictive.
  • Discuss lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, movement, and mindset that impact your daily wellness.

Eating Freely Programme

The Eating Freely™ Programme is a Non-Diet approach to support emotional and binge eating disorders – judgement free.

The programme incorporates:

  • Nutrition rehabilitation: addressing food rules and learning to nourish ourselves
  • Neuroscience: breaking autopilots and habit loops
  • CBT: connecting thoughts to feelings to behaviour
  • Mindfulness and self-compassion: learning to be fully present and let go of what no longer serves you.

This is a comprehensive 12 session programme – done over 3 to 6 months.
